Hostess (Fine Dining Restaurant)

Job Title: Hostess
Monthly Salary: UP to $4,000 (Inclusive of OT)
Working Address: River Valley

Working hours: 5-day work week. Wednesday to Sunday.
Off every Monday and Tuesday.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins, coordinating seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Handle phone and online inquiries regarding reservations and restaurant information.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and dining experience.
• Assist with guest relations, including handling special requests and feedback.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception/host stand area.
