Job Description

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Restaurant Front of House to join our front-of-house team.The ideal candidate has previous experience in a restaurant environment and is confident using UMAI for reservations and table management.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocation using UMAI
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person reservation requests
• Coordinate closely with floor staff and kitchen for smooth service flow
• Monitor table turnover and waiting times
• Assist with basic cashier or POS tasks when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as Front of House in a restaurant
• Experience using UMAI
• Good communication skills in English
• Friendly, confident, and well-groomed personality
• Able to work under pressure during busy service hours
