Hot Briquette Plant Supervisor

Ferrous Processing and Trading, a business of Cleveland-Cliffs Steel, has an immediate opportunity for a Hot Briquette Plant Supervisor at the Windsor, ON operation. The Hot Briquette Plant Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of employees and administering policies and procedures that will contribute to the site's operations running efficiently.

Summary of Responsibilities:

+ Supervises thermal power processing equipment.

+ Examines materials and products at various stages of processing for conformance to specifications.

+ Observes machines and equipment for malfunction and orders adjustments or repairs, or directs workers to make adjustments or repairs.

+ Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.

+ Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
