Hotel Cost Controller

DMCI PDI Hotels, Inc., a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Hotel Cost Controller to be assigned to Alta Vista de Boracay located in Aklan. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DMCI PDI Hotels, Inc.

JOB ROLES

• Monitor, analyze, and control all hotel costs including food, beverage, supplies, engineering materials, and operating expenses
• Ensure accuracy of cost-related transactions by conducting regular audits and verification of receiving, inventory, and issuance processes
• Coordinate with department heads to validate consumption patterns and ensure compliance with standard cost procedures
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports detailing variances, usage trends, and budget performance
• Implement cost-control strategies that aim to optimize resources and reduce unnecessary expenses without compromising operational quality
