Hotel Director

Qualifications:

• SHIPBOARD Employment type
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• 3-5 yrs background experience as Hotel Director/Hotel General Manager in a 4 or 5 * Hotel.
• Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
• Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team's ability to resolve issues.
• Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
• Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue). ·
