Hotel Engineering Manager

• Facility Maintenance:
• Oversee upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, pools, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are fully operational.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and provide training.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, health, and building codes.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Project Management:
• Plan and execute renovations, upgrades, and energy-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work.
• Guest Experience:
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues affecting guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
