Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations of our hotel. The role is responsible for menu development, food quality, kitchen management, cost control, and leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for all outlets and events
• Develop menus and ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
• Must have experience managing a team of 10-15 kitchen staff members
• Control food and labor costs, inventory, and purchasing
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a hotel setting
• Minimum 5-7 years of Executive Chef experience required
• Hotel industry experience is mandatory
