This position works in close coordination with hotel operations while maintaining independent financial oversight to ensure transparency, compliance, cost discipline, and sustainable profitability.

Financial Oversight
Review and validate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Prior Year)
