The Restaurant Supervisor possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing, procuring product, marketing and helping staff with whatever they need to make them thrive while at work. The Supervisor must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and ensure that each outlet (MKT, Q Kitchen and Bar) is equipped with the essential supplies.
