Boutique Wellness Resort operation in Tulum, we are looking for Front-Desk professionals with experience in a high-end Mexican Resort operation catering to North-American and European travelers.
We can only consider Mexican citizens for this particular opportunity.
We are looking for somebody very skilled in leadership, focused on exceptional customer service, able to wear many hats at once, and have great organizational and administrative abilities.
You must be a people-person, thorough and organized, responsible to implement dynamic operational working procedures and maintain and excel in the delivery of service excellence in all departments that you are in charge of.
Furthermore, the ideal person must demonstrate strength of character and high levels of responsibility.
