About the role

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance to join our team at UTM Hotel and Residence in Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract role, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities. The contract is renewable for 1 year.

What you'll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to hotel infrastructure, equipment and systems
• Identify and address any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and activities
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance tasks and repairs
• Suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of hotel operations
