Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel's maintenance department. This role ensures that all building systems, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. The Maintenance Supervisor leads the maintenance team, coordinates repairs, manages preventative maintenance programs, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
