Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced 
Hotel Management System (HMS) Workflow Expert
 to analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end hotel operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HMS platforms and a deep understanding of hotel operations, with the ability to translate processes into clear documentation and workflow diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document the complete operational workflow of a Hotel Management System, including but not limited to:
• Room booking and reservations
• Check-in and check-out processes
• Billing, invoicing, and payment management
• Housekeeping and maintenance management
