Hotel Manager - ARG Workforce

We are seeking Duty Managers / Hotel Managers to take on full-time roles based in in Toowoomba, Darling Downs region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure that the business’ operations are smoothly integrated and run efficiently, including: 

• Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, check in, room service and housekeeping activities.
• Welcoming guests to the hotel, restaurant, functions and events, and providing them with local tourism information about the Toowoomba region.
• Planning a range of function, conference and restaurant events that cater for both corporate and leisure sectors.
• Overseeing accounting, purchasing and cost monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with liquor, health and safety laws and regulations.
• Managing customer complaints and queries in a professional manner and resolving any conflicts.
