The Role
We are looking for a disciplined, guest-centric Hotel Manager to lead operations for our boutique hotel in Minca.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and managing guest relations for a primarily international clientele.
Core Responsibilities
On-site Management: Full-time physical presence during core business hours is required.
Guest Experience: Oversee the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring premium service and proactive problem-solving.
Digital Operations: Manage bookings, check-ins, and reporting via PMS (Property Management Systems).
Administration: Coordinate staff, maintenance, and local suppliers to ensure the property remains in top condition.
