Hotel Managing Supervisor

Chelsea Hotel Toronto is seeking a full-time Hotel Managing Supervisor.

Location: 33 Gerrard Street West, Toronto, ON, M5G 1Z4

Requirements:
Languages – English; Education - College/CEGEP; Experience – 2+ years

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Establish work schedules and procedures; Prepare and submit reports; Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Assist clients/guests with special needs; Co-ordinate, assign and review work; Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies; Maintain operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery; Requisition materials and supplies; Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and Perform some duties as workers supervised.

Salary: $71,000 annually / 37.5 hours per week
