Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, or related field.
- Postgraduate degree or professional certifications in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
- Formal training in hotel operations, service quality, or leadership is preferred.
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, front office, housekeeping in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel as a Hotel Operations Supervisor or similar role.
- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, and F&B (hotel/resort background preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and managing daily hotel operations.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail for monitoring facilities and operational procedures.
