Hotel Operations Intern

JOB PURPOSE

The Hotel Operations Intern supports the Project Management team and subsequently the entire Product Development team with the coordination of all Hotel Operations projects. The Project Management teams function is to prioritize, communicate, complete and measure Hotel Operations projects fleetwide. Projects will involve increasing consistency in Hotel Operations, increasing guest NPS and generating return on investment. The Hotel Operations Intern will work with the team on delivering the projects in a timely manner by managing workstreams, setting workshops and reporting progress of execution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 •Owns and updates Gantt Chart for the entire department’s projects.
