Job Title: Cluster Executive Housekeeper

The Main Objective of this Position:

• In order to deliver high-quality service, the Cluster Executive Housekeeper will oversee the daily operations of six hotel properties ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards.


• Maintaining Quality Standards across all hotels is a key responsibility. The person should be able to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that result in better overall performance.

• Able to direct daily inspections efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to operational procedures.

  This includes evaluating staff work methods regularly so they can adapt where necessary,ensuring constant quality control .
