We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and determined Hotel Reconfirmations Consultant to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.

Responsibilities:

• Using the back office to source booking information
• Effectively confirms hotel reservations by calling or emailing the property 
• Reconfirms with the hotel all details including any special requests 
• Sources property contact details if unavailable in the back office and updates any details for future correspondence
