Performing quality inspections on meats and other products
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
Education or food preparation or meat cutting experience
Qualifications/Requirements
With Butchery and Seafood experience
Food and Beverage Certification/Food Safety Certification is an advantage
College and Vocational graduates are an advantage
For High School graduates (must have 1-2 years experience)
Above minimum salary
Excellent communication skills
Strong communication, task management, and customer service skills.
Ability to gauge customers' preferences
