Melbu Hotell AS, Melby, Norway, is looking for hotel workers.
This position makes you work in the heart of the hotel. The service level are always high, both when you work directly with guests, answer mails or telephone. Your main focus is always personal service and being available for guests.
In addition to normal working tasks, you have to have knowledgde about Vesterålen, and especially the beautiful Hadsel island. Vesterålen is known as ”Hiker’s Paradise”, and you should be interested in hiking and outdoor activities. We will see that you get the chance to have necessary information and are able to get to know the area.
On most of the shifts, you are the main worker both in reception, cafe and restaurant. In addition, you must be able to ”easy” cooking when the chef is not available.
Local and traditional food is an important part of our consept. To combine local raw materials with foreign spices can also be an issue.
