Duties and Responsibilities of a Cleaner

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas at all times
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, and showers
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, windows, and glass surfaces
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, tissue, and cleaning materials
• Clean kitchens, pantries, and common areas
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks when required
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use
• Comply with company policies and supervisor instructions
