Job Tittle: House Keeping Supervisor

Responsibility:

· Supervise housekeeping staff that is cleaners

· Ensures that assigned areas of the hospital are clean and tidy and there is no complaint or noncompliance.

· Ensure that policies/procedures are followed as per infection control.

· Arrange shifts, assign staff their duties as per the duty roster, and maintain reports for attendance.

· Check assigned areas including rooms and wards for cleanliness, and submit a compliance report to the housekeeping officer.

· Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipment, and takes corrective action.

· Provide housekeeping support for patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience including supervisory experience of at least one year.

· Know cleaning methods, chemicals, and housekeeping material and equipment.
