Job Description

                    Advert Text We are looking for a part-time House Supervisor to join our team in coordinating and supervising the activities in a residential care home in Tullamore , Co Offally

Working pattern: Monday to Friday , 5 hours per day
Main duties and responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to all direct reports (housekeeping staff, catering staff, cleaning operatives).
Communicate effectively with all staff, residents, external professionals, and other visitors.
Work efficiently with administration, care, and maintenance staff.
Take part in multidisciplinary care meetings.
Address any service-related issues as they arise.
Interview of staff for vacant roles and oversee the relevant trainings that needs to be completed
Review team performance and assist in managing staff performance.
Responsible for rostering and arranging staff cover, including short notice cover.
