Job Title: Housekeeper / Groundskeeper

Job Summary:
Reliable, hardworking Housekeeper / Groundskeeper needed to keep the home clean, organized, and the exterior and landscaping well maintained.
Must be comfortable with indoor cleaning tasks and outdoor yard work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces
- Do laundry: wash, dry, fold, iron, and put away linens and clothing
- Organize and declutter rooms, closets, and storage areas; maintain orderly household systems
- Maintain exterior of the house: sweep porches, clean gutters/entryways, remove debris
- Perform landscaping and yard maintenance: mow lawn, string/weed eat, trim hedges, edge beds
- Weed control, basic planting or mulching as needed, and seasonal yard tasks
