Housekeeping Associate

Job Responsibilities

·Cleaning of a given numbers of rooms according to Company standards ensuring a defect free room.

·Assist in “Single Point Entry” concept.

·Provides a high level of service standards.

·Follow-up on any assignments by his supervisor.

·Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.

·Follow periodical cleaning schedules.

·Responsible for equipping all rooms with linen, amenities in the guest rooms.

·Reports maintenance problems in the room to the supervisor.

·Reports any loss or damage to the floor supervisor.

Demonstrates an ability to acquire the following attributes: initiative, problem solving, prioritizing, training and developing subordinates and being goal oriented.
