Housekeeping Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Housekeeping Associate (Room Attendant) is responsible for providing clean, comfortable , and well maintained guest rooms in accordance with hotel brand standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience by maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. During the pre-opening phase, their key tasks are to set-up the rooms and public area of the hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Room and Public Area Cleaning:

• Maintains an assigned section of guest rooms and corridors, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness by performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning procedures for staterooms, bathrooms, balconies, and corridors.
