Housekeeping Attendant

To follow a routine schedule and to maintain all guest room with the highest standard of cleanliness

Key Result Areas:

• · Reports to Housekeeping Department for sign in.
• · Inspects the trolley sees if it contains all supplies for the day.
• · Inspect the rooms following the morning report, gets the early morning requests ready (room which are needed by the Front Office for arriving guests).
• · Room attendants are invited to report to the supervisor for any missing article, broken or damaged furniture, dead lights, leaking faucets, blocked drains etc.
• · When you finish an urgent check out room, report it to the Supervisor immediately.
• · Never change the position of furniture, if the guest asks you to do so, report the matter to the supervisor.
• · Never touch the guest's property. Do not change the position of his belonging, but put them in order.
• · Never use the guest telephone, if it rings, never answer.
