Housekeeping Coordinator

Malay, Aklan, Philippines Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay

In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay, and under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that rooms are available upon guest arrival.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course of Hotel and Restaurant Course is an advantage.
• Any experience as a rooms coordinator in a 3 or 5 star hotel.
• 1 to 2 years experience in any field, experience in a hotel industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
• Keen eye for detail to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met, and to accurately track and report any maintenance issues.
