Job summary:
In command in ensuring cleanliness in all areas and making sure the facility and inventory are in order and complete.
Duties and Responsibilities
Major Task:
Prepares weekly and monthly reports for both Housekeeping and Facilities department.
Controls and monitors closely all the facilities inventory including housekeeping supplies and cleaning chemicals.
Schedules and control all employees under housekeeping and facilities department both rank & file and team lead/supervisory level.
Double checks on all tasks if the housekeeping and facilities department are able to accomplish day to day tasks and projects in the commissary.
Other tasks:
Provide suggestions to upper management regarding supplies, planning within the housekeeping and facilities department.
Can be given other tasks by the Housekeeping & Facilities Manager or Operations...
