Experience & Requirements Relevant hospitality qualification; At least 1 year experience in a hotel environment; Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Afrikaans and preferably a 3rd language; Minimum Requirements Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional Physically able to perform cleaning duties Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or short-stay accommodation (preferred but not essential) Key Competencies Time management and efficiency Ability to work under pressure during peak check-out/check-in periods Positive, service-oriented attitude High standard of cleanliness and presentation Critical Competencies for Success
