Housekeeping Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Standards & Quality Control: Implement and maintain ultra-luxury SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Conduct daily white-glove inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Operational Excellence: Manage linen inventory, uniform services, and chemical supplies. Coordinate with the Engineering department for a robust Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee the department budget, labor costs, and P&L statements. Optimize productivity ratios without compromising 5-star quality.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, room attendants, and housemen. Foster a culture of anticipatory service.
• VIP Relations: Personally oversee the preparation for VIP arrivals, ensuring bespoke preferences (pillow menus, specific scents, or floral arrangements) are executed perfectly.
