HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER for BE Resorts Mactan in Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City.

PURPOSE

Direct overall operation and coordination of the Housekeeping Department in compliance with established housekeeping policies and standards of the hotel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Direct the functions of administration and planning of the housekeeping department to meet the daily needs of the operations

2.Ensure that decisions made correspond with established policies

3.Establish policies and procedures with Front Office for quick turnover of rooms and for productive and profitable result in room sales

4.Establish policies and procedures and schedule with Engineering department for an effective and quick turnover of rooms and public area which are under repair and maintenance
