Housekeeping Manager/Assistant Manager

**Description:**

+ Ensures the Housekeeping Department is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements and adheres to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards.
+ Actively checks and follows up on service and room standards.
+ Assists with the development, maintenance and update of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies & procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Rooms Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
+ Assists with the preparation of the annual Rooms Business Plan ensuring Departmental Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees.

**Qualifications:**

+ Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
+ Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Manager in larger operations
+ Fluent in both English and Korean
