Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor is fully conversant with all housekeeping operations and procedures. He/she is responsible for assigning and supervising the activities of Housekeeping Attendants and Public Area Attendants to ensure that guest rooms and service areas are well-maintained for the comfort of guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
Established work standards and procedures for housekeeping staff and ensure they adhere to it.
Maintains inventory/stock level of amenities, chemicals, linens, machineries and other supplies to ensure items are in stock and reorders in timely manner.
Assign daily assignment to all staff and inspect completed tasks so as to ensure compliance with the stated housekeeping standard.
Ensuring the highest level of service by exceeding guest expectations.
