Job Summary:
Hotel Hamsun is seeking a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff including room attendants and public area cleaners
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance
• Train and guide housekeeping team members
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and coordinate with store/purchase department
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
