Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervision & Training: Supervising daily operations, conducting, training, and coaching housekeeping staff (room attendants, housemen) on cleaning methods and safety protocols.
• Inspections & Quality Control: Inspecting guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure adherence to brand, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Scheduling & Assignment: Creating staff work schedules and assigning specific daily tasks or special projects.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory, ordering, and issuing cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities to maintain adequate stock.
• Communication & Reporting: Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, and room status discrepancies to management or maintenance departments.
• Guest Service: Addressing and resolving complaints, special requests, or inquiries regarding housekeeping services.

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
