Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

 At least two years (2) experience in Facilities and Property Management

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISION:

 Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure that team members adhere to standard operating

procedures and safety protocols.

SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT:

 Oversee the day-to-day janitorial services, waste management, and pest control.

 Ensure that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with contractual

obligations and quality standards.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE:

 Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and

safety throughout the facility.

 Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards,

and best practices.
