To plan and control the work flow of Housekeeping Team

To ensure that facilities are clean within the time frame allocated

To oversee the entire Housekeeping team

Responsible for the training, direction, assignment and supervision of the housekeeping for scheduling work in such a manner as to meet Company Standard.

Key Result Areas:

• · Responsible for clear and effective communication between housekeeping and other departments within the facilities.
• · Ensure that the respective area meets the established standards of cleanliness to assure client's satisfaction, spot check facilities.
• · Maintain a regular deep cleaning program, a monthly planner consisting of a project a day.
• · To plan the working schedules for all Housekeeping team.
• · To arrange vacation and Public Holiday for subordinates.
• · To look for Lost & Found items and report.
