Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is fully conversant with all housekeeping operations and procedures. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and Public Area Attendants to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

• Assign daily duties to Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Area Attendants and ensure tasks are completed according to established standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, floor corridors, back-of-house areas, lobby, guest lift landings, and offices to ensure cleanliness at all times.
• Inspect vacant and check-out rooms daily and release rooms (Vacant Dirty to Vacant Inspected) on time prior to guest arrivals.
• Ensure room cleaning time standards are followed:
