Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager

Dawat-e-Islami is looking for a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to lead our team and maintain ultra-luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain ultra-luxury SOPs; conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Manage linen inventory, uniforms, chemical supplies, and coordinate with Engineering for preventive maintenance.
• Oversee departmental budget, labor costs, and P&L statements; optimize productivity without compromising quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor supervisors, room attendants, and housemen; foster a culture of anticipatory service.
• Ensure personalized preparation for VIP arrivals, including pillow menus, scents, and floral arrangements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Housekeeping Management.
