Housekeeping Team Leader

The Housekeeping Team Leader supervises and coordinates the daily activities of room attendants and housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and high standards of hygiene throughout the property. They assist in maintaining excellent guest satisfaction and support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff.

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate replenishment.

• Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

• Prepare daily reports and attendance records.
