·Reports complaints or problems to Housekeeping Assistant Manager if no immediate solution can be found.

·Ensures the Housekeeping Assistant Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the customers or other departments.

·Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel.

·To be knowledgeable and promote / upsell Outlets and other facilities/ program whenever opportunities arises.

·Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel and local area.

·Complies with the Hotel policies and procedures relating to Rooms Division.

·Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Rooms Division.

·Maintains and updates guest history and marketing database as laid down in Front office procedures.
