Housekeeping (Team Leader)

On-site - Taguig; 3-5 Yrs Exp; Diploma; Full-time

Job Description

• Oversee staff on a daily basis, perform toolbox meeting at least 10 mins
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Respond to Company’s complaints and on-call personnel request beyond working hours
• Ensure completion of work orders on timely and accurately
• Report any untoward incidents, working conditions and health hazards of Contractors personnel
• Establish Housekeeping plan (monthly, quarterly and annually) approved by End user or authorized representative of the Company
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment required in the performance of the Services
• Ensure that billing statements, approval of KPIs are monitored and timely submission to Head Office Accounting within fifteen (15) days from completion of the Services
