Housekeeping/Facility Maintenance Staff

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

For Housekeeping duties:

• Clean executive office, wash cups and pots, refill water
• Sweep and mop floors and perimeter; dust tables and cabinets.
• Clean CR and paraphernalia
• Clean air conditioning units' filters, exhaust fan and blower, door mats
• Assist during waste / scrap collection
• Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness and orderliness of pantry, conference room, executive room, offices, toilet, mess hall and the whole premises.
• Coffee preparation for visitors
• Ensure proper waste disposal and segregation.
• Assist in events preparation

For Maintenance duties

• Assist in Fabrication, maintenance etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,650.00 per month

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
