Houseperson- Full Time

**Description:**

Responsibilities:

+ Clean and disinfect elevators, lobby areas, public washrooms, stairwells, and offices.
+ Restock housekeeping carts with linens and amenities, remove dirty linen, and dispose of garbage.
+ Respond promptly to guest requests, such as delivering iron boards, pillows, or cribs.
+ Perform heavy-duty cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, moving furniture, and washing walls or windows.
+ Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, broken furniture) to management and adhere to safety policies.
+ Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift/carry heavy items (frequently up to 50lbs/20kg)
+ Availability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
