+ Handles guest and employee enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
+ Provides a courteous and professional service at all times
+ Monitors and performs the daily rotation of Housekeeping stock
+ Performs routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel
+ Delivers guest laundry promptly following Park Hyatt Sydney standards
+ Assists with moving furniture for special room setups

**Qualifications:**

+ 1 year experience as houseman/room attendant in a 5 star hotel
+ Manual handling ability
+ Knowledge of hygiene standards
+ Good interpersonal skills
