The Housing Administrator is responsible for supervising, directing, coordinating and overseeing the operations of the community. Responsible for guiding the community in developing strategic initiatives. Excellent opportunity for a leader with strong resident relations, budgeting, compliance, and community engagement experience. Market rate, HUD, Tax Credit experience a plus.
