Job Description

Housing Caretaker - Redcar & Scarborough

As part of the Neighbourhoods Caretakers team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting fly-tipping from communal land across both service areas.

  • Maintaining communal blocks, including tidying bin stores and ensuring paths and hard standings are clear of moss and debris.

  • Performing Grounds Maintenance duties as required, such as operating hedge cutters and strimmers ect.

  • Using a PDA to access GIS maps and to access Health & Safety documents.

    • This role plays a key part in keeping our shared spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.
